GCSA is excited to be a returning sponsor of the Get Your Rear in Gear 5K Run/Walk to raise funds and awareness for the nation’s 2nd leading cancer killer, colorectal cancer.
This event takes place on Sunday, March 5th at Morgan’s Wonderland. The money raised at the Get Your Rear in Gear race is directed back into the local San Antonio community to raise screening rates and increase awareness of the signs and symptoms of the disease. In the past 4 years, over 5,000 runners, walkers, spectators and volunteers have contributed to the success of the Get Your Rear in Gear San Antonio event and have raised over $300,000 for the cause. Come join us as we “get our rear in gear” to help find a cure for colon cancer!
