4 Things GCSA Is Doing to Keep Patients Safe During Procedures

Your safety is our priority during the pandemic. By following strict guidelines, we have been able to remain open and continue providing you with the quality of healthcare that you’re accustomed to.

All GCSA clinics and surgery centers are open and seeing patients. This includes all clinic visits, screenings, and procedures. To better serve you, we’re monitoring national and local information regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Here’s how we’re keeping you safe.

1. Extra Safety and Sanitation

We’re continuing our rigorous cleaning protocols. We are also implementing best practices for clinic safety outlined by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. We clean the waiting areas every 30 minutes during the day. We deep cleaning nightly at all locations.

2. Screening Those Entering the Building

Every person who enters our clinics and ACS will have their temperatures taken and recorded.

3. Promoting Social Distancing

We have marked off six-foot intervals anywhere you need to stand in a line. We’ve also removed chairs in our waiting rooms to ensure that you’re never closer than six feet apart.

4. Wearing Facecoverings

All staff, physicians, and patients are required to wear face coverings. To comply with local policies, anyone entering any of our locations must wear a facemask that covers the mouth and nose. Those who refuse to wear face coverings are not permitted to enter any of our locations.

We need your help keeping everyone safe. If you have a fever or shortness of breath, please call us before coming in at (210) 614-1234. Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment. If you need a driver, they need to wait for you outside until your appointment is complete.
